Founded by 3 software engineers with 20+ combined years of building and launching products on web and mobile platforms, Default started as a boutique consulting firm.
We noticed that while startups are looking for the fastest way to ship products and are open to outsourcing, there were (are) very few reliable consulting firms that can keep up with the quality expectations and demanding nature of startups. We saw a blue ocean in the reddest of seas.
We are solving for just that - help startups get easier and faster access to quality engineering.
Today we do this via both our product consulting arm and our talent marketplace.
